Promotional Event Manager

You will be employed by Promogroup as a Promotional Event Manager to be the face and voice of our clients. 

As a successful candidate, you will consistently deliver exceptional service to our client through excellent operational and logistical facilities management.

You will work closely with our team to achieve marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our client’s products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand.  

This position will be responsible for managing, supporting and/or executing the coordination of various events within the client’s meeting spaces.

The role requires strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and venue management.

Rates of pay are agreed with the event manager before each campaign. These are dependent on time, location & tasks required as part of the brand activation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing in-person campaigns, ensuring events are run smoothly to the highest standards
  • Delivering pragmatic and creative solutions which add real value through delivering timely and fit for purpose solutions.
  • Successfully prioritise tasks by urgency/importance and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Conduct debriefs post-event with Event Host and communicate comments/compliments/issues to service levels.
  • Report on consumer feedback. 
  • Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation. 
  • Share ideas with supervisors about new ways to promote the brand.

  • You have proven success designing and executing communication campaigns with extensive experience of writing and editing communications.
  • You’re at least 25 years of age.
  • You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re available to work when big events take place (looking at your evenings, weekends!).
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Well organised is a must.
